Etiquette

Please arrive 10 mins before your laser appointment to complete all forms.

Though we are happy to service our customers, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointments if you are ill.
Cancellation/ Transfers
Packaged Laser Sessions

There is a $15 fee for no shows, cancellation, and appointment reschedules within 24hrs, the fee will be charged at the next appointment.

Unused packages are transferable within 30 days of purchase

Single Laser Sessions

A $25 non-refundable deposit will be charged upon booking your appointment. In the case of a no show/cancellation or reschedule within, this deposit will be lost.

All deposits paid at the time of booking is applied to the balance to be paid at the end of your service.
Refunds

Packages are refundable within 30 days of purchase, after which we will only accept transfers, once treatments have not commenced.

All singles session charges are non-refundable.
Age Restriction
Please note that we will only be accepting clients 18+; otherwise a written parental consent is required during consultation.
